I want to take a moment to give thanks to all who made our “Fundraising Event” a success. It is difficult to express my gratitude and love to you all. To all Supporters and Volunteers; your support and understanding gave us the strength to make this event possible. Without you, we would not have succeeded, and for that, I am sincerely grateful to our loving God for your loving support.
I know that nothing is perfect, and if there were areas that were not to everyone’s satisfaction, I ask to all of you to remember that this is a “Fundraising Event” to minimize the expenditures, so any efforts should be appreciated greatly. A dream is a goal, an inspiration, it is where hope lives. With all your wonderful efforts, you certainly have made one of my dreams come true. And for that, I am truly blessed and grateful. From the bottom of my heart, “Thank You”.

Price incl. (Bus, 2 nights accommodation, 2 shows & 2 dinners) $415 per person for double occupancy.
$400 per person for triple occupancy. $385 per person for 4 persons occupancy.
Payment: At registration $150 (Non-refundable), please contact Office for detail.
The remainder will be collected by April 15, 2010.
Important notes: 1. All passport holders: check expiry date of your passport, it should not be less than 6 months from the date of departure.
2. Valid US Visa for entry to USA (especially for Indonesian passport holders or any other nationalities that must have visa to enter USA).
